The views and beach was Certainly beautiful. The wander on the beach is what I loved the most. The house itself isn't in good shape. It can be aged and very outdated. The furniture was not comfortable at all instead of good with small kids because of the very pointy edges, the mattresses need being thrown out and new kinds introduced in. You can feel the springs when laying on them. I did love you had two king beds that was nice.
Wonderful location very close to beach. Love the deck and sitting down out to try to eat evening meal at sunset. Saw dolphins almost every day! The place was the ideal getaway and we liked coming back to the clean and spacious place after days over the beach!

From the outside, the assets looks a little “run down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks from the neighboring properties, they would be well away from our price selection. The interior photos ended up accurate and everything worked fine.
